Fay and Brevard Walker

Fay brings over a decade of experience in the oil and gas industry in various roles overseeing

corporate strategy, regulatory and government affairs, crisis management and sustainability. Fay’s experience and success in the industry is underpinned by a passion for managing high-performing teams. Most recently, she oversaw public affairs for a global upstream oil and gas company where she managed a multi-million dollar budget and was successful in centralizing and formalizing the various functions and workflows that reported to her. She also advised the executive management team and helped manage elements of the company’s environmental, social and governance (ESG) strategy.

Previously, Fay was a Director at FTI Consulting where she managed reputation and public policy issue campaigns for energy clients. Notably, she and her team were part of the successful campaign to overturn the U.S. crude oil export ban in December of 2015. She started her career in national and state politics, holding various roles in fundraising, strategy, and policy.

Fay oversees strategy, finance and human resources for Copilot Equipment. She holds a B.A. in History from Sewanee: The University of the South. 

Brevard has over 15 years experience in the equipment rental and construction industries, with a focus on sales and management. Most recently, Brevard served as Major Account Manager at Bottom Line Equipment, LLC in Houston. In this role, he developed deep expertise in equipment solutions for energy infrastructure projects that informs Copilot Equipment's strategic approach.

Brevard played a pivotal role in Bottom Line's strategic expansion into the industrial heavy equipment market in 2013 and later into the renewable energy sector, specifically solar construction. He managed key relationships with major EPC companies, led contract negotiations, oversaw project management, and coordinated equipment logistics.

Prior to his leadership at Bottom Line Equipment, he was an Outside Sales Associate at Volvo Rents in Gulfport, MS, where he honed his ability to identify customer needs and deliver tailored equipment solutions in the competitive Gulf Coast market. He was also an Inside Sales Representative at RSC Equipment Rental in Mobile, AL, where he managed daily operations, customer accounts, and equipment logistics.

Brevard leads day-to-day operations, sales and service for Copilot Equipment. He graduated from the University of Mississippi with a B.A. in Human Resources.
